The purpose of this in person ceremony is to create a safe container for cellular regeneration.

We check into the body through a beginning meditation and invocation catered to your individual needs.

Tapping into the guidance of the body we begin to align with what needs to be restored.

I utilize guidance of plants, sounds, and special oils to begin a deeply relaxing massage that follows techniques of marma and acupressure releasing stagnating chi and pent up tensions.

Over a two hour process the body is melted into a trance state where one is able to go into a deep sleep.

Meridians are opened and the soul can reconnect to the body with more efficiency.

I hold space with no time limits to trigger agitation and we end with somatic movement and if necessary verbal processing, crying, holding, or other modality for your mind and body to feel fully seen
